Cerezyme® (imiglucerase for injection) and its predecessor Ceredase^® (aglucerase injection) has been the only enzyme replacement treatment for Type 1 Gaucher disease for over a decade.

Fabrazyme® (agalsidase beta) for Fabry disease is our second enzyme replacement therapy for a lysosomal storage disorder. Fabry disease causes organ complications, heart disease, stroke, and renal disease.

Aldurazyme® (laronidase) is the first and only U.S. and European treatment for mucopolysaccharidosis I (MPS I), an often fatal genetic disease that affects approximately 3,000 to 4,000 people worldwide.

Myozyme® (alglucosidase alfa) is the first treatment ever approved for Pompe disease and the first for an inherited muscle disorder. MTAP, the Myozyme® (alglucosidase alfa) Temporary Access Program, is the primary mechanism to help ensure continued access to treatment in the United States.

Renal

Renagel® (sevelamer hydrochloride) is a unique calcium-free, metal-free phosphate binder.  Because it is non-absorbed, Renagel controls phosphorus without the concerns of calcium or metal accumulation.  Renagel is indicated for the control of serum phosphorus in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease on hemodialysis.

Renvela® (sevelamer carbonate) is a next-generation version of Renagel^® (sevelamer hydrochloride), the most-prescribed phosphate binder in the United States.

Hectorol® (doxercalciferol) is a vitamin D₂ analog indicated for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Stages 3, 4 (capsules) and 5 (capsules and injection).  Hectorol provides significant PTH reductions with minimal impact on calcium and phosphorus levels.

Synvisc® (hylan G-F 20) is a local therapy that provides lubrication for the knee joint and can help reduce or stop pain in an osteoarthritic knee.

Carticel® (autologous cultured chondrocytes) helps repair damaged knee cartilage in patients with injuries caused by acute or repetitive trauma.

Thymoglobulin® [Anti-thymocyte Globulin (Rabbit)] is an immunosuppressive polyclonal antibody that is used in conjunction with concomitant immunosuppression to treat acute rejection in renal transplant patients

Campath® (alemtuzumab for injection) is a humanized monoclonal antibody indicated in the United States for the treatment of B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B-CLL) in patients who have been treated with alkylating agents and have failed fludarabine therapy.

Clolar® (clofarabine) was granted marketing approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of children with refractory or relapsed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Clolar is the first new leukemia treatment approved specifically for children in more than a decade. ALL is the most common form of pediatric leukemia and children who do not respond to initial therapy, or relapse, have a very poor survival prognosis.

Thyrogen® (thyrotropin alfa for injection) is an adjunctive diagnostic used in follow-up screenings of cancer patients with well-differentiated thyroid cancer who have had their thyroid glands removed.

Cholestagel® (Colesevelam Hydrochloride) is a novel non-absorbed, LDL (or “bad”) cholesterol lowering agent in tablet form. Cholestagel is indicated for patients with primary hypercholesterolemia who need additional reduction in LDL-C (combination therapy) or who can not tolerate statin therapy (monotherapy).
