Michael S. Wyzga Executive Vice President, Finance; Chief Financial Officer; Chief Accounting Officer Michael Wyzga joined Genzyme in 1998, and is responsible for global financial reporting. Prior to joining Genzyme, Mr. Wyzga was chief financial officer of Sovereign Hill Software Inc. He also served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer of CacheLink Corporation, a client/service software company. Mr. Wyzga has also held management positions at both Lotus Development Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Wyzga has an M.B.A. from Providence College and a B.S. from Suffolk University.
