David Meeker, M.D. Executive Vice President, Therapeutics, Biosurgery & Corporate Operations David P. Meeker is Executive Vice President at Genzyme, overseeing the company’s Therapeutics and Biosurgery business units and Global Corporate Operations. As part of this role, he is responsible for managing Genzyme’s Global Manufacturing and Supply as well as Quality. Prior to joining Genzyme in 1994, Dr. Meeker was the Director of the Pulmonary Critical Care Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic and an assistant professor of medicine at Ohio State University. Dr. Meeker attended Dartmouth College and received his M.D. from the University of Vermont Medical School.
