Roger W. Louis, Esquire Senior Vice President, Healthcare and Regulatory Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer Roger Louis joined Genzyme in 1997. He is responsible for the company’s corporate compliance program and is the managing counsel for compliance and health. Prior to joining Genzyme, Mr. Louis was corporate, strategic and finance chief counsel for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts. He has also worked as an associate in the corporate and securities department at Hale and Dorr. Mr. Louis has a J.D. from the University of Chicago School of Law and a B.A. from Tufts University.
