Elliott D. Hillback, Jr. Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs Elliott Hillback joined Genzyme in 1990. He is responsible for all investor, public and employee communications groups and functions, as well as the Genzyme Charitable Grants Program and the European government/corporate affairs office. Mr. Hillback has 32 years of experience in health care and biotechnology. At Genzyme, he was initially responsible for corporate development and Genzyme Japan, and then served as president of Genzyme’s genetic testing business for five years. Mr. Hillback has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Cornell University.
