Zoltan Csimma Senior Vice President; Chief Human Resources Officer Zoltan Csimma joined Genzyme in 2000. He manages Genzyme’s corporate human resources organization, and is also responsible for developing global human resources strategies and programs. Prior to joining Genzyme, Mr. Csimma was vice president of human resources at Wyeth Ayerst Research, and vice president of human resources and operations at Genetics Institute Inc. Mr. Csimma has also worked in human resources roles for Convergent Inc., Spectra Physics Inc., and General Electric Co. He received his B.A. from the California State University at San Jose.
