U.S. College University Programs

The goal of Genzyme’s University Relations Program is to connect diverse, knowledgeable students with the opportunity to undertake temporary assignments and learn from our employees in Genzyme’s state-of-the-art facilities. We seek students from all over the world who are innovative thinkers, team players and self motivated.

Genzyme knows the value of offering shared learning experiences to students. While working at Genzyme, students may take part in such things as corporate briefings, community relations activities, facility tours and social networking opportunities. Genzyme employees work with college students during their internships and co-op assignments to provide opportunities for skill building, guidance and informal mentoring. While at Genzyme, many of our intern and co-op candidates establish employee relationships that assist them in becoming qualified candidates for full-time positions upon graduation.

The University Relations Program offers internships or co-op assignments in many of our U.S. based facilities for both undergraduate and graduate students. We offer opportunities in such areas as life sciences, supply chain management, engineering, information technology, business development, and regulatory affairs.
