Grant Application
Genzyme aims to be a socially responsible corporate citizen in the communities in which we operate by using direct financial contributions and employee involvement to support science education and health-related initiatives to meet local community needs.
Genzyme will consider grant proposals from certified charitable organizations whose programs fall within the broad giving categories of science education and health, addressing needs in communities where Genzyme has a business presence. Genzyme Corporation is the sole contributor to the Genzyme Charitable Contributions Program. Funding specifically targets programs in and surrounding the communities in which Genzyme has a business presence.
In our effort to develop ongoing relationships with the organizations to whom we donate, Genzyme targets funding for specific programs rather than general operating support. We do not make contributions to capital campaigns. For sponsorship of events, please use the Sponsorship request application. We regret that we cannot accommodate the requests of all deserving programs that may qualify for funding. However, we assure prospective applicants that all requests receive a fair review, and ask applicants, prior to submitting a request to carefully consider how your program’s mission fits within our guidelines.
Before you being the application process please review the checklist.
